FIELD NOTES
A tract of land being more commonly known as Block 5, Priddy Subdivision, an addition to the
city of Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas, said tract being more specifically described by
metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a �" iron rod lying in the north right-of-way line of Old Iowa Park Road, said
iron rod bears South 79P 52' East 309.15 feet from the point of intersection of the above
mentioned north right-of-way line of Old Iowa Park Road and the east right-of-way line of
Borland Lane, said `y" iron rod being the southwest corner of said Block 5, and the southwest
corner and place of beginning of this description;
Thence along the west line of said Block 5, North OOP 03' West 1408.50 feet to a `i" iron
rod being the northwest corner of said Block 5, and also being the northwest corner of this
tract;
Thence along the north line of said Block 5, South 79P 52' East 314.28 feet to a fence
post being the northeast corner of said Block 5, and of this tract;
Thence along the east line of said Block 5, South 000 03' East 1408.50 feet to a �" iron
rod lying in said north right-of-way line of Old Iowa Park Road, said 'g" iron rod being the
southeast corner of said Block 5, and the southeast corner of this tract;
Thence along said north right-of-way line of Old Iowa Park Road, North 79° 52' West 314.28
