of Borland Lane, 1030.15 feet North from its intersection with the Old Iowa Park Road;
THENCE West along the South line of said Lot 3-B, a distance of 292.8 feet to an iron rod at the
Southwest corner of Lot 3-13;
THENCE N 000 101 W with the West line of Lot 3-13, a distance of 519.7 feet to an iron rod at the
Northwest corner of Lot 3-B;
THENCE S 790 401 E, 299.1 feet to an iron rod in the West right-of-way of Borland Lane;
THENCE South with said right-of-way, a distance of 466.2 feet to the PLACE. OF BEGINNING
and containing 3.32 acres of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto and in person or
