said nail being 20 feet East of the centerline of Borland Lane and 871.87 feet North of the
centerline of the Burlington Northern & Santa Fe Railroad Track;
THENCE with the East line of Borland Lane and the West line of Lot 6, Priddy Subdivision,
North 282.12 feet to on iron rod found at the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE with the North line of this tract, S 79' 41' 05" E, at 5.08 feet pass East line of
Borland Lane and continuing on same course, in all 314.27 feet to a found iron rod for the
Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 00' 01' 13" W- 281.60 feet to an iron rod found for the Southeast corner of this
