BEGINNING at a point which is the intersection of the North
R-O-W line of U. S. Highway 287, Business Route (Old Iowa Park
Road) with the West line of Block 6 and being 10.2 feet North
of the Southwest corner of Block 6,
THENCE, North along the West line of Block 6, 699.1 feet;
THENCE, S 79" -43' E, 314.25 feet to the East line of Block 6,
THENCE, South along the East line of Block 6, 699.1 feet to the
North R-O-W line of U. S. Highway 287, and being 10.2 North of
the S. E, corner of Block 6;
THENCE, N. 790 - 43' W along the said North R-O-W line 314.25
feet to the place of beginning and containing 4.963 acres,
