WHEREAS Peter G. and Vicki Jean Powell are the owners of a 0.11 acre tract of land out
of G. C. & S. F. Railroad Company Survey No. 2, A-778, Lot 1 and the North half of Lot 2,
Block 7, Indian Heights Additon, and more particularly described by metes and bounds as

BEGINNING at an iron rod found in concrete in the East line of Wenonah Avenue, in the West
line of said Lot 2 and at the Northwest corner of a tract of land conveyed to Ramesh and
Erica J. Persaud by deed recorded in Volume 3791, Page 202, Official Public. Records of
Wichita County, for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 00' 38' 11" E, with the East line of Wenonah Avenue, the West line of said Lot 2
and the West line of said Lot 1, a distance of 169.77 feet to an iron rod found in concrete
at the Southwest corner of a tract of land conveyed to Sergio A. and Danielle Broglie by
deed recorded in Volume 3870, Page 218, Official Public Records of .Wichita County, for the
Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE S 89' 47' 45E, vyitp•4 e South line of said Broglie tract, a distance of 182.45 feet
to an iron rod found in the Wes line -of ao Unnamed Street at the Southeast corner of said
Broglie tract, for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 00' 14' 58" W, with the West line of Unnamed Street, a distance of 169.740 feet
to an iron rod found in concrete at the Northwest corner of said Persoud tract, for the
Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 89' 48' 23" W, with the North line of said Persaud tract, a distance of 183.59
feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.71 acre of land.
