Whereas C.W.L. Dennis is the owner of a certain tract of land
out of Robert Evans Survey, Abstract No. 74, and G.C. & S.F. RR Co.
Survey, Abstract No. 527, Wichita County, Texas, described as
follows:
Beginning at a point on the Fast line of Robert Evans Survey,
Abst. No. 74, said point being 79.4 feet North of the Northwest corner
of G.C. & S.F. RR Co. Survey, Abst. No. 527, same being the Southwest
corner of M.C. Napier Survey, Abst. Pao. 778:
Thence North along the East line of said Robert Evans Survey
654 feet to a point;
Thence West 395 feet to a point;
Thence South 1119.2 Feet to a point on the North line of a 50 foot
Road;
Thence East 303.9 feet to the beginning of a curve to the left;'
Thence with said curve to the left with a radius of 79.5 feet and
an angle of 64'-221, 89 feet to the end of said curve;
Thence N 251-241E 138.9 feet to the beginning of a curve;
Thence Northerly along the curve to the left same being the West
line of Indian Heights Boulevard, 99.2 feet to a point;
Thence Southwesterly along a curve to the right, being the North-
east right of way line of Onaway Trail, with a radius of 12 feet for
a distance of 22.4 feet to the end of said curve;
Thence N 540-081W 132.3 feet to a point;
Thence N 29°-481E 146.7 feet to the place of beginning, and

Now therefore, know all men by these presents that I, C.W.L. Dennis
do adopt this Plat, designating the hereinabove described property as
North Indian Heights, an Addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas,
and I do hereby dedicate to the Public use forever the Streets, Alleys,
and Easements shown thereon.
Witness my hand at Wichita Falls, Texas, this the 7th day of
May, A.D. 1958.
