to a found iron rod in the South line of the above mentioned Lot 7, for an ell comer of this
tract;
THENCE N B9' 56' W along the said South line of Lot 7, a distance of 55.90 feet to a found
Iron rod at the Southwest comer of said Lot 7 for the most Westerly Southwest comer of
this tract;
THENCE N 00' 09' W along the West line of said Lot 7, a distance of 60.00 feet to a found
iron rod at the Northwest comer of said Lot 7, for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE S 89' 56' E along the North line of said Lot 7, a distance of 163.46 feet to a found
iron rod at the Northeast comer of said Lot 7 for the Northeast comer of this tract, said
rod being in the above mentioned West line of Pawhuska Drive;
THENCE S 00' 06' E along the said West line of Pawhuska Drive, at 60.05 pass the Southeast
comer of said Lot 7 and the Northeast corner of said Lot 8 and continuing on some course
for a total distance of 173.43 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.445 acre of
land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plot and whose name is subscribed
thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of
the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public
places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
