9, of Block 4 of Homewood Addition of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas being more specifically described by
metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a point for the Southwest corner of above mentioned Block 4, said point lies ,n the inter-
section of the North Right of Way of Woods Street and the cast Right of Smith Street, for 11he Southwest cor-
ner of Lot 1-A and place of beginning of this description;
Thence North 110.00 feet along the East Right of Way of Smith Street to the Northwest corner of Lot 1
