Whereas M. A. Cooper and Mrs. M. A. Cooper are the Owners of a certain tract of
land out Block 2, Homewood Addition, An Addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas,
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the North R.O.W. line of Flood Street and 50 feet East
of the East R.O.W. line of Smith Street;
THENCE North 110 feet to a point in the South R.O.W. line of a 10 foot alley;
THENCE Eastwith said R.O.W. line a distance of 100 feet to a point;
THENCE South 100 feet to a point in the North R.O.W. line of Flood Street;
THENCE West along North R.O.W. line of said Flood Street a distance of 100 feet to
the place of beginning and containing .252 acres of land.
The Owners of land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed hereto, and
in person or through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the public
forever all streets, allays, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places
thereon shown for the purpose and consideration therein expressed.
