ifically described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of the above mentioned Block

Thence North along the East line of said Block 10 a distance of
21.9 feet to a point in a new North right-of-way line of U.S. 82 6 277;
Thence South 66018' West along said new North right-of-way line
a distance of 343 feet to the Southeast corner of the herein describ-
ed tract and the place beginning of this description;
