Thence with South line of Highway 287, N 70047' E-220.6 feet to
iron rods Thence S 0*41' E-558.1 feet to South line of Block 9;
Thence S 88*50' W-210.2 feet to place of beginning, and contain-
ing 2.52 acres of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name
is subscribed thereto, and in person or through a duly authorized
agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all easements
streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, and public places
thereon shown for a pur and considerations therein expressed.
