BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of Lot 19, Block 2, Cannon Park Addition;
THENCE North with the East line of Mississippi Street 53.57 feet to a point for the Northwest
corner of this tract;
THENCE in a Northeasterly direction with a curve to the Left having a radius of 325.0 feet and
a central angle of 09' 41' 46", an arc distance of 55.0 feet to the end of said curve;
THENCE N 710 48' 12" E 64.03 feet to beginning point of a curve to the Right having a radius of
275.0 feet and a central angle of 4° 00';
THENCE with said curve to the Right, an arc distance of 19.20 feet to a point in the East line of
Lot 20, Block 2, Cannon Park Addition for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE South with the East lines of said Lots 19 and 20 a distance of 91.57 feet to the Southeast
corner of said Lot 19 for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE West with the South line of said Lot 19, a distance of 132.5 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING
and containing 0.22 acres of land.
The Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto and in person
or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets,
alleys, parks, water courses, drains, and public places thereon sh wn for the purpose and con-
sideration therein expressed.
