as shown on plat recorded in Volume 3, Page 75, Wichita County Plat Records, said iron rod
being in the South line of Roosevelt Street;
THENCE South with the East line of Lot 13 a distance of 110.2 feet to an iron rod set at the
Southeast corner of Lot 13;
THENCE West with the South line of Lots 13 and 14, a distance of 100.0 feet to an iron rod set
at the Southwest corner of Lot 14;
THENCE North with the West line of Lot 14, a distance of 110.2 feet to an iron rod set in the
South line of Roosevelt Street;
THENCE East with the South line of Roosevelt Street, a distance of 100.0 feet to the PLACE OF
