THENCE S 00' 40' W a distance of 110.0 feet to an iron rod set in the North line of Tulsa Street
for the Southeast corner of this tract,
THENCE N 89' 20' W with the North line of Tulsa Street a distance of 99.8 feet to the PLACE
OF BEGINNING and containing 0.25 acre of land.
