THENCE S 890 50' 24" W with the North line of Harding Street a distance of 40.0 feet to an "X" in concrete sidewalk
for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 000 33' E a distance of 150.5 feet to an iron rod in the North line of Lot 16 for the Northwest corner
of this tract;
THENCE S 890 19' 30" E with the North line of Lot 16 a distance of 40.0 feet to an iron rod at the Northeast corner
of Lot 16 and in the West line of Neff Street;
THENCE S 000 33' W with the West line of Neff Street a distance of 150.0 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING
and containing 0.138 acre of land.
