Whereas Wichita Supply Company, a partnership is the owner of a certain tract of land, being
a part of Lots 1 and 2, Ed Woodall Subdivision No. 2, and the E. Scurry Survey, Abst. 481, Wichita
County, Texas, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of Lot 2, Ed Woodall Subdivision No. 2, said corner being
on the East line of Kenley Lane, a :? inch iron rod set for corner;
THENCE North, with the East line of said Kenley Land, 824.3 feet to the point of intersection
of the East line of Kenley Lane with the West line of the Red River Valley Expressway, a
concrete monument set for corner;
THENCE along the West line of said Red River Valley Expressway as follows:
S. 270-41' E, 26.1 feet to a point of curvature to the right with a radius of 2865.0 feet;
Along -said rve an arc distance of 257.5 feet to a point of tangency;
S. 22°-37'�W 607.4 feet to a 'z inch iron rod for corner;
THENCE S. 580-58' W, 16.2 feet to a point on the South line of said Lot 2, a -3 inch iron rod
set for corner;
THENCE N. 89°-39' W, with the South line of said Lot 2, 342.1 feet to the place of beginning
and containing 3.46 acres.
