THENCE N 53° 53' E with the East line of said easement a distance of 103.1 feet to an iron rod in
the East line of Lot 3;
THENCE N 000 06' E with the East line of Lot 3 a distanct of 23.5 feet to an iron rod in the West
line of Central Freeway;
THENCE S 220 34' E with the West line of Central Freeway a distance of 309.4 feet to an iron rod;
THENCE S 840 04' W a distance of 119.9 feet to an iron rod in the East line of Lot 5;
THENCE S 000 06' W with with East line of Lots 5 and 6 a distance of 138.1 feet to an iron rod at
the Southeast corner of Lot 6;
THENCE N 89° 39' W with the South line of Lot 6 a distance of 373.4 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING
and containing 3.48 acres of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto, and in person
