WHEREAS, William Spurlin is the owner of a tract of land out of Block 32, Ed Woodall
Subdivision, Wichita Falls, Texas, and described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod in the North line of Block 32, Ed Woodall Subdivision as shown on
the plat of record in Volume 3, Page 43, Wichita County Plat Records which bears East a distance
of 198.2 feet from its Northwest corner, said iron rod being the Northeast corner of Lot I, said
Block 32 as recorded in Volume 25, Page 287, Wichita County Plat Records;
THENCE East with the North line of said Block 32, a distance of 115.90 feet to an iron rod for
the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE South a distance of 579.22 feet to an iron rod in the North right-of-way line of Old
Iowa Park Road for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 79' 521 W with said North right-of-wav line a distance of 117.74 feet to an iron rod
at the Southeast corner of said Lot I for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE North with the East line of said Lot I a distance of 558.50 feet to the PLACE OF
BEGINNING and containing 1.513 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto,
and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever
all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for
