WHEREAS, Wichita Supply Company, a partnership, is the owner of Lot 3, Ed Woodall Subdivision No. 3,
an addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of Lot 3, Ed Woodall Subdivision No. 3, according to plat recorded in
Volume 12, Page 9, of Wichita County Plat Records, said point being in the Southwest Right-of-way line of
Red River Expressway;
THENCE S 22*32' E with East line of said Lot 3 and said Right-of-way line, 171.9 feet to its Southeast
corner;
THENCE S 58058' W 16.2 feet to a point;
THENCE with the South line of said Lot 3, N 89039' W 342.1 feet to a point in the East Right-of-way line of
Kenley Lane, the Southwest corner of said Lot 3 and the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE North with the West line of said Lot 3 and the East line of Kenley Lane 165.0 feet to a point, the
Northwest corner of said Lot 3 and the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE with the North line of said Lot 3 East 290.1 feet to the place of beginning and containing 1.24 acres
of land.
Therefore, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto and in person
or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys,
parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations
therein expressed.
