Falls, Wichita County, Texas, being more specifically described by metes and bounds me follows:
Beginning at a point in the West line of said Block 33 and the East line of a 30 foot road
as originally dedicated, said point bears South 271.00 feet from the Northweat corner of said
Block 33 for the Northwest corner of the herein described tract;
Thence South 790 52' East a distance of 147.00 feet to a point for the Northeast corner of
the herein described tract;
Thence South a diatenca of 172.79 feet to a point in the North right-nf-way line of Old low&
Park Road for the Southeast corner of the herein described tract;
Thence North 790 52' West a distance of 147.00 feet to a point in the said West line of
Block 33 and the East line of a 30 foot road as originally dedicated for the Southwest corner
of the herein described tract;
Thence North a distance of 172.79 feet along the aforesaid West line of Block 33 and the
East line of a 30 foot road as originally dedicated to the place of beginning and containing
0.57 acre more or loss.
