BEGINNING in the West line of Lot 6, S 280 43' W 10.0 feet from the Northwest corner of Lot 6, as recorded in Volume
3, Page 105, Wichita County Plat Records, said point being a I Z" pipe;
THENCE S 610 39' E, parallel to and 10.0 feet South of the North line of Lot 6, a distance of 97.0 feet to an iron rod
back of the curb on the North line of Pembroke Lane;
THENCE S 440 31' W with the curb on Pembroke 81.0 feet to an iron rod at the beginning of a curve to the right whose
center bears N 510 28' W 56.5 feet;
THENCE in a Southwesterly direction with said curve having a radius of 56.5 feet, a central angle of 490 52', for an
arc length of 49.17 feet to an iron rod;
THENCE N 740 23' W with the curb on Morningside Drive, 29.0 feet to an iron rod at the beginning of a curve to the
right whose center bears N 170 48' E 87.5 feet;
THENCE in a Northwesterly direction with said curve having a radius of 87.5 feet, a central angle of 220 06', for an
arc length of 33.75 feet to a 11" pipe;
THENCE N 351 13' E a distance of 123.7 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0,24 acre of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto, and in person or through a duly
authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever, all streets, allevs, parks, water courses, drains,
easements and public places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
