South line of a 1.95 acre tract owned by Forrest Y. Jones and described in deed recorded in Volume 516,
Page 519, Deed Records of Wichita County, Texas, for the Northeast corner of this tract, from which point
the Southeast corner of said 1.95 acre tract bears S 65046'E 13,3 feet;
THENCE N 650401 along the South line of said 1.95 acre tract 227.0 feet to an angle in said line;
THENCE S 67054°1 along the South line of said 1,95 acre tract 60.0 feet to an angle in said line;
THENCE N 47046°W along the South line of said 1.95 acre tract 257.5 feet to a point in the Southeast R/W
line of East Fort Worth Street for the Southwest corner of said 1,95 acre tract and the Northwest corner
of this tract;
THENCE S 5103201 along the Southeast R/I line of East Fort Worth Street, parallel with and 30.0 feet at
right angles from the center line of said street 237.5 feet to a point on the North R/W line of the M.K. f;f.
Railroad for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE S 60044°E along the North R/W line of said Railroad, parallel with and 50.0 feet at right angles from
the center line of same, a distance of 733.3 feet to the place of beginning and containing 2.96 acres of land.
