of said Society tract, and at the most Easterly Southeast corner of a tract of land conveyed

Records of Wichita County, for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 01' 00' 10" W. with the West line of Windthorst Road and the East line of said
Society tract, a distance of 196.04 feet to an iron rod set at the Southeast corner of said
Society tract, for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 88' 56' 09" W, with the South line of said Society tract, a distance of 220.03 feet
to an iron rod set at the Southwest corner of said Society tract, for the Southwest corner
of this tract;
THENCE N 00' 34' 37" E. with the West fine of said Society tract, a distance of 192.49 feet
to an iron rod set at the Northwest corner of said Society tract and in the South line of
said City tract, for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 80' 20' 56" E, with the North line of said Society tract and the South line of said
City tract, a distance of 18.93 feet to an iron rod found at an angle corner of said Society
tract, for an angle corner of this tract;
THENCE S 88' 56' 46" E, continuing with the North line of said Society tract and the South
line of said City tract, a distance of 202.86 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing
0.99 acre of land.
THEREFORE, the owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
hereto and in person or through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the
public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places
thereon shown for the purpose and consideration therein expressed and further warrants that
he has lawful authority to make such dedications.
