WHEREAS, David A. Kimbell etal is the owner of a 2.752 acre tract out of Block 5, Kemp &
Newby Subdivision of Cherokee County School Land, Abstract 33, Wichita County, Texas and
being more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows;
BEGINNING at an iron rod found 20 feet South of the South line of Hatton Road, said rod is
also the Northwest corner of Lot 1, Block 1, USPS/Hatton Addition, as recorded in Volume
27, Pages 963-964, Wichita County Plot Records;
THENCE S 00'12'48" W with the West line of sold Lot 1, Block 1, USPS/Hatton Addition a
distance of 279.95 feet to an iron rod found at the Northeast corner of a tract of land
conveyed to Floyd L. Alley as recorded in Volume 2557. Page 689, Official Public Records of
Wichita County, for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 89'42'03" W with the North line of said Alley tract, at 200.11 feet pass a 1" pipe
for Its Northwest corner and the Northeast comer of a tract of land conveyed to Floyd L
Alley by deed recorded in Volume 1679, Page 508, Official Public Records of Wichita County,
and continuing on some course with North line of said Alley tract, in all a distance of 400.12
feet to a 1" pipe found in the East line of, Old Jacksboro Highway, for its Northwest corner
and the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 00.20'26" E with the East line of Old Jacksboro Highway at 279.69 feet pass an
iron rod found and continuing on some course in all, a distance of 299.69 feet to the
intersection of the East line of Old Jacksboro Highway and the South line of Hatton Road for
the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE S 89'44'21" E with the South line of Hatton Road a distance of 399.46 feet to a
point for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 00'12'48" W a distance of 20.00 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing
2.752 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of
the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public
places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein ex reseed.
