WHEREAS, David A. Kimbell etal is the owner of a 1.838 acre tract out of Block 5, Kemp &
Newby Subdivision of Cherokee County School Land, Abstract 33, Wichita County, Texas and
being more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows;
BEGINNING at an iron rod found In the East line of Old Jacksboro Hwy., said rod is also the
Northwest corner of Lot 1, Block 1, Control Equipment addition as recorded in Volume 27,
Page 1318, of the Wichita County Plot Records;
THENCE N 00'18'26" E along the East line of Old Jacksboro Hwy., a distance of 199.97 feet
to an iron rod found at the Southwest corner of a tract of land conveyed to Floyd L. Alley in
volume 1679, Page 508. Official Public Records of Wichita County, for the Northwest comer of
this tract;
THENCE S 89'46'41" E with the South line of said Alley tract a distance of 200.16 feet pass
a 1" pipe at its Southeast corner and the Southwest comer of a tract of land conveyed to
Floyd L. Alley in Volume 2557, Page 689, Official Public Records of Wichita County, and
continuing on some course with South line of said Alley tract, In all a distance of 400.25
feet to an Iron rod set at its Southeast corner, for the Northwest comer of this tract, said
rod is also in the West line of Lot 1, Block 1, USPS/Hatton Addition as recorded in Volume
27, Pages 963-964, Wichita County Plot Records;
THENCE S 00'14'40" W with the West line of said Lot 1, Block 1, USPS/Hatton Addition, a
distance of 200.00 feet to an Iron rod found at the Northeast comer of the aforementioned
Lot 1, Block 1, Control Equipment Addition, for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 89'46'26" W with the North line of said Lot 1, Block 1, Control Equipment Addition
a distance of 400.47 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 1.838 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of
the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public
places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
