line of State Highway 79:
THENCE S 01'01'55" W with the West line of Highway 79 a distance of 55.02 feet to a
Brass Disc Right -of -Way monument found at the Point of Curvature of a curve to the left:
THENCE Southeasterly along said curve, having a Radius of 421.97 feet, an Arc length
of 226.54 feet and a Chord which bears S 14'20'52" E a distance of 223.83 feet to a Brass Disc
