Whereas, Kenneth E. Bullard is the owner of a tract of land out of Block 14. Kemp
and Newby Subdivision of Cherokee County School Land, Wichita County, Texas,
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the East line of Block 14, Kemp and Newby Subdivision of
Cherokee County School Land, which bears South 349.7 feet from its Northeast corner,
said point being in the center of Old Windthorst Road;
THENCE South with East line of said Block 14 a distance of 403.2 feet to a point, the
Northeast corner of a 4.0 acre tract, for the Southeast of this tract;
THENCE S 890 33' 30" W with the North line of 4.0 acre tract at 30.0 feet pass an iron
rod, continuing S 89° 33' 30" W in all a distance of 540.19 feet to an iron rod found, for
the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE North at 30.0 feet pass an iron rod, continuing North in all a distance of 403.2
feet to an iron rod found in the South line of Don Broyles Addition, for the Northwest
corner of this tract;
THENCE N 89" 33' 30" E with the South line of Don Broyles Addition at 510.19 feet pass
an iron rod, continuing N 890 33' 30" E in all a distance of 540.19 feet to the PLACE OF
BEGINNING and containing 5.0 acres of land.
The owner of land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in
person or through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the public
forever all streets, alleys, parks water courses, drains, easements and public places
thereon shown for the purpose and consideration therein expressed.
