WHEREAS, M. W. Oliver is the owner of a tract of land out of Block 12, Kemp & Newby
Subdivision of J.A. Scott Survey No. 11, A-299, Wichita County, Texas, described as
follows:
BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of Lot 1, Block 12, Kemp & Newby Subdivision, J.A. Scott
No. 11, A-299, according to plat recorded in Volume 25, Page 234, Wichita County Plat
Records, said point being 200 feet West of the Southeast corner of Block 12, Kemp & Newby
Subdivision of J.A. Scott Survey 11;
THENCE West 222.0 feet to an iron rod, the Southwest corner of this tract, in the South
line of Block 12;
THENCE North 150.0 feet to an iron rod in the South right-of-way line of East Scott
Avenue, the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE East with the South right-of-way line of East Scott Avenue, at 122.0 feet pass the
Northwest corner of said Lot 1, continuing East, in all a distance of 322.0 feet to an
iron rod, the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE South 150.0 feet to a spike, the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE West 100.0 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 1.108 acres of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto, and in
person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public
forever, all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places
thereon shown for the purposes and considerations ,herein expressed.
