Whereas Eula L. Collier is the Owner of a certain tract of land situated in Block 3,
Kemp and Newby Subdivision, Cherokee County School Land, Wichita County, Texas, described
as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of Lot 29, Block 3, Kemp and Newby Subdivision of
Cherokee County School Land, said point being the Northeast corner of Jacksboro Highway and
Michna Lane;
THENCE N 04*35' W, along the East line of Jacksboro Highway a distance of 160 feet to a point;
THENCE S 89*56' E, a distance of 222 feet to a point;
THENCE S 09*48' E, a distance of 162 feet to a point on the North line of Michna Lane;
THENCE N 89°56' W, along the North line of Michna Lane 236.8 feet to the place of beginning
and containing 0.84 acres.
The Owner of land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in person
or through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all
streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for
the purpose and consideration therein expressed.
