BEGINNING at an iron stake set at the S.E. cor. of this tract in the east line of Lot
6 Block 10 of said Barwise and Jalonick Addition. Said point being in the west line
of Virginia Street.. The S.E. cor. of said Lot 6 brs. South 53.3 ft.
THENCE West 96.3 ft. to the P.C. of a curve to the right.
THENCE N.W. along said curve whose central angle is 42* 12', whose radius is 365.1 ft.,
and whose length is 269.0 ft., a distance of 269.0 ft. Iron stake for cor. in the
south line of a 20 ft. alley. The N.W. cor. of Lot 10 Block 10 bra. West 0.2 ft.
THENCE East, with south line of said alley, 34 1.8 ft. to an iron stake set at the N.E.
cor. of said Lot 6 Block 10.
THENCE South, with the west line of said Virginia Street 94.7 ft. to the place of be-
ginning and containing 0.54 acres of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in
person or through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the public
forevor all streets, 'alleys, water courses, drains, easements, and public places there-
