Whereas M. J. Underwood, D.B.A., Underwoods Foods, P.O. Box 2196, Wichita Falls, Texas,
is the Owner of a certain tract of land situated in Lot 16, Block 32, Barwise and Jalonic
Addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas, described by metes and bounds
as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of Lot 16, Block 32, which is the intersection of
the South R.O.W. of Walnut Street and the West R.O.W. of Virginia Avenue;
THENCE South 58.75 feet to the Southeast corner of Lot 16;
THENCE West 95.0 feet to a point in the South line of Lot 16;
THENCE North 58.75 feet to a point in the South R.O.W. of Walnut Street;
THENCE East 95.0 feet to the point of beginning and containing 0.128 acres of land.
The owner of land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in person or
through a duly authorized agent dedicates to the use of the public forever all street,
alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the
purpose and consideration therein expressed.
