Whereas Lone Star Tool Company is
Block 17, Barwise and Jalonick Addition,
described by metes and bounds as follows:
the Owner of a certain tract of land situated in
City of Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas,
BEGINNING at a point on the East R.O.W. line of Mississippi Street and the South
line of a 20 foot alley,
THENCE East along said alley 350 feet to a point on the West R.O.W. line of Virginia Ave.;
THENCE South 150 feet to a point in the North R.O.W. line of Elm Street;
THENCE West along Elm Street a distance of 350 feet to a point in the East R.O.W. line of
Mississippi Street;
THENCE North 150 feet to the point of beginning and containing 1.20 acres of land.
The Owner of land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in person
or through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all
streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for
the purpose and consideration therein expressed.
