the Southeast corner of Lot 15;
THENCE N 890 10' 15" W - 149.86 feet to iron rod found in concrete at the Southwest corner of Lot
15,
THENCE N 000 47' 45" E - 117.50 feet to iron rod found in concrete at the Northwest corner of Lot
16;
THENCE S 890 08' E - 150.03 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.404 acre of
land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public
forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon
