THENCE N 611 181 W with the South right-of-way line of Eastside Drive a distance of 57.0 feet to an iron rod;
THENCE South a distance of 134.87 feet to an iron rod in the South line of said Lot 5;
THENCE East with said South lot line a distance of 50.0 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing
0.139 acre of land.
THEREFORE, the owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto, and in
person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever, all streets, alleys,
parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations
