Texas, more commonly known as Lots 1 through Send the North 10 feet of a closed 20 foot alley out
of said 81"k 10 and being more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at the point of intersection of the East line of Mississippi Avenue and the South
line of pecan Street, said point being the Northwest corner of said Block 10, far the Northwest
corner of the herein described tract;
Thence North 890 49' East along said South line of pecan Street a distance of 350.00 feet to
a point in the West line of Virginia Avenue, said point being the Northeast corner of said Block
10, for the Northeast corner of the herein described tract;
Thence South along said West line of Virginia Avenue a distance of 160.00 feet to a point in
centerline of a closed 20 foot alley for the Southeast corner of the herein described tract;
Thence South 890 49' West along said centerline of closed 20 foot alley a distance of 350.00
feet to a point in the previously mentioned East line of Miss isaippi Avenue for the Southwest cor-
ner of the herein described tract;
Thence North along the said East line of Mississippi Avenue a distance of 160.00 feet to the
beginning point and containing 1.29 acres more or less.
