THENCE S 89' 59' 00" E, with the South line of Tenth Street, a distance of 176.00 feet to
an iron rod found at the intersection of the South line of Tenth Street and the West line of
Denver Avenue, for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE South, with the West line of Denver Avenue, a distance of 146.45 feet to an iron rod
found at the Northeast comer a tract of land conveyed to the Wichita Falls Independent
School District by deed recorded in Volume 1393, Page 206, Wichita County Deed Records, for
the Southeast comer of this tract;
THENCE N 89' 50' 00" W, with the North line of said Wichita Falls I. S. D. tract, a distance
of 176.00 feet to an iron rod found at the Southeast comer of said Lot 0, for the
Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE North, with the East line of said Lot 0, a distance of 146.00 feet to the PLACE OF
BEGINNING and containing 0.591 Acre of land.
