THENCE South 180.38 feet to an iron rod 30.0 feet North of the centerline of Tenth Street;
THENCE parallel to the centerline of Tenth Street N 89' 53', 82.77 feet to an iron rod;
THENCE North 180.3 feet;
THENCE S 890 56' 30" E 7.52 feet to a point;
THENCE North at 10.0 feet passing the Southeast corner of Lot 8, Noble & Henderson Subdivision
and continuing along East line of said Lot 8 in all, 210.3 feet to a point in South Right -of -
Way of Ninth Street;
THENCE along South Right -of -Way of Ninth Street East 50.17 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING, and
containing 0.585 acres.
The Owner of the land shown on this Plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in person
or through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets,
alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places shown for the purpose and
consideration therein expressed.
