BEGINNING at an iron rod found in the South line of Ninth Street and the North line of said
Lot 1, said rod being at the Northeast corner of a tract of land conveyed to S. & C.
Properties as recorded in Volume 1880, Page 597, Official Public Records of Wichita County,
for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 89' 59' 31" E, with the South line of Ninth Street and the North line of said Lot
1, a distance of 55.07 feet to an iron rod found at the Northwest corner of a tract of land
conveyed to GWC Production Co. Inc. by deed recorded in Volume 3633, Page 318, Official
Public Records of Wichita County, for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 00' 00' 24" W, with the West line of said GWC Production Co. Inc. tract, a
distance of 200.09 feet to an iron rod found in the North line of a 10 foot alley at the
Southwest corner of said GWC Production Co. Inc. tract, for the Southeast corner of this
tract;
THENCE West, with the North line of said 10 foot alley, a distance of 55.01 feet to an iron
rod found at the Southeast corner of a tract of land conveyed to Pediatric Properties, LLC
as recorded in Volume 2134, Page 189, Official Public Records of Wichita County, for the
Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 00' 00' 45" W, with the East line of said Pediatric Properties tract, the East line
of a tract of land conveyed to Robert F. Campbell, Jr. as recorded in Volume 1296, Page
114, Wichita County Deed Records, and the East line of the above referenced S. & C.
Properties tract, a distance of 200.08 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.25
acre of land.
THEREFORE, the owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
hereto, and in person or through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the
public forever all streets, alleys, parks, watercourses, drains, easements and public places
thereon shown for the purpose and consideration therein expressed and further warrants that
it has lawful authority to make such dedications.
