THENCE N 81' 44' 25" E with the South line of Galveston Street a distance of 100.77 feet to
an iron rod found in the East line of Lot 18, for the Northeast comer of this tract;
THENCE S 00' 17' 50" E with the East line of Lot 17-13, a distance of 135.97 feet to the
PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.295 acres of land.
