McGregor Street, for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 890 57' 40" W with the North line of McGregor Street a distance of 100.0 feet to
an iron rod found at the Southwest corner of Lot 17. for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 000 13' 45" W with the West lien of Lot 17, a distance of 121,42 feet to an iron rod
found in the South line of Galveston Street for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 810 44' 25" E with the South line of Galveston Street a distance of 100.77 feet to
an iron rod found in the East line of Lot 18, for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 000 17' 50" E with the East line of Lot 18, a distance of 135.97 feet to the PLACE
OF BEGINNING and containing 0.295 acres of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in
person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all
streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereos shown or the
purposes and consideration therein expressed.
