an addition to the city of Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas, said tract being
more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at an "x" being the point of intersection of the west line of a
20-foot alley, and the north right-of-way line of Eleventh Street, said "x" bears
West 200.00 feet from the intersection of said north right-of-way line of Eleventh
Street and the west right-of-way line of Brook Avenue, said t'xr' being the southeast
corner of said Lot 8, and also being the southeast corner and place of beginning
of this description;
Thence along said north right-of-way line of Eleventh Street, and along the
south line of said L6ts 8, 9 and 10, West 150.00 feet to a 3/8" rod being the
southwest corner of said Lot 10, and of this tract;
Thence leaving said north right-of-way line of Eleventh Street, and along the
west line of said Lot 10, North 00' 09' East 177.50 feet to a 'I" iron rod lying
in the south line of a 20-foot alley, said �2" iron rod being the northwest corner
of said Lot 10, and of this tract;
Thence along said south line of a 20-foot alley, and along the north line of
said Lots 8, 9 and 10, East 150.00 feet to an "x" being the point of intersection
of said south line of a 20-foot alley, and said west line of a 20-foot alley, said
"x" being the northeast corner of said Lot 8, and of this tract;
Thence along said west line of a 20-foot alley, and along the east line of
said Lot 8, South 00` 09' West 177.50 feet to the place of beginning and containing
