A tract of land more commonly known as Lots 16-21, Boyd Subdivision -of Lot
2, Block 4, Bellevue Addition, an addition to the City of Wichita Falls,
Wichita County, Texas and being more specifically described by metes and
bounds as follows:
Beginning at an "X" in concrete at the intersection of the south
right-of-way line of Tenth Street and the east right-of-way line of Bikylor
Street, said "X" also being the northwest corner of said Lot 16, Boyd
Subdivision, for the place of beginning of this description;
Thence along said south right-of-way line of Tenth Street, East ,00.0
feet to a 5/8 inch iron rod for the northeast corner of this description
and the northeast corner of said Lot 21, Boyd Subdivision;
Thence along the east line of said Lot 21, South 00' 09' West L7.50
feet to a 112 inch iron rod lying in the north right-of-way line of a
20-foot alley for the southeast corner of this description;
Thence along the north right-of-way line of said 20-foot alley, West
