County Plat Records, said point being the intersection of the North right-of-way of Eleventh Street and
the West right-of-way of Brook Avenue;
TID34CE N 89° 521 W along the West right-of-way of Eleventh Street 180.0 feet to an iron rod at the
Southwest corner of Lot 7;
THENCE North along the West line of Lot 7 and Lot 6, a distance of 100.2 feet to an iron rod at the
Northwest corner of Lot 6;
TIMNCE S 890 58, E with the North line of Lot 6, a distance of 180.0 feet to an iron rod at the North-
east corner of Lot 6, said point being in the West right-of-way of Brook Avenue;
THENCE South with the West right-of-way of Brook Avenue, 100.5 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and
containing 0.415 acre of land (18,063 sq.ft.).
The owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed thereto, and in person
