WHEREAS John Mark Hirschi, Trustee, is the Owner of Lots 1 & 2 and the North one-half of Lot 3, Boyd's
Subdivision of Lot 2, Block 4 of Bellevue Addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of Lot 1 of said Boyd's Subdivision, said point also being the intersection
of the West Right-of-way line of Brook Avenue and the South Right-of-way line of Tenth Street;
THENCE South along the West Right-of-way line of Brook Avenue 150.0 feet to a point, the Southeast corner of
this tract;
THENCE West 180.0 feet to a point in the East line of an alley and the West line of said Boyd's Subdivision,
the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE North along the West line of said Boyd's Subdivision and East line of Alley 150.0 feet to a point, the
Northwest corner of Lot 1, Boyd's Subdivision, said point also being in the South Right-of-way line of Tenth
Street, the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE East along the South Right-of-way line of Tenth Street 180.0 feet to the place of beginning and con-
taining 0.619 acre of land.
Therefore, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto and in person or
through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks,
water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein
expressed.
