BEGINNING in the South R.O.W. line of Seymour Highway at a point N.890-40'W. 125.02 feet
from its intersection with the West R.O.W. of Kemp Street, said point also being N.89°-40'W.
195.02 feet from the Northeast corner of Block J, Kemps West End Addition.
Thence 5.39A-28'E. 39.1 feet to a point;
Thence 5.00°-20'W. 70.0 feet to a point;
Thence S.89A-40'E. 100.0 feet to a point in the West R.O.W. line of Kemp Street;
Thence S.00'-20'W. with said R.O.W. 75.0 feet to a point which is the Northeast corner of Lot
1-A, Kemps West End Addition;
Thence N.89°-40'W. 475.01 feet with the North line of Lot 1-A to its Northwest corner;
Thence North with the East line of a 20 foot alley 175.0 feet to a point in the South R.O.W.
of Seymour Highway;
