BEGINNING at a point 140 feet East of the intersection of Perigo Street with Hawthorne
Street, said point also being the Southeast corner of Lot 2, of a Replat of a Portion of Block
32, Southaide Acres Addition (Wichita County Plat Records, Vol. 18, Page 12);
THENCE North 80 feet along the East line of said Lot 2;
THENCE West 15 feet to a point;
THENCE North 50 feet along the East line of Lot 1, of said Replat of a Portion of Block 32,
Southaide Acres Addition (Wichita County Plat Records, Vol. 18, Page 12), to a point on the
South line of Block 25, Southaide Acres Addition;
THENCE East 70 feet along the South line of said Block 25 to a point;
THENCE South 130 feet to a point on the North R.O.W. of Hawthorne Street;
THENCE West 55 feet along said North R.O.W. of Hawthorne Street to the place of beginning and
containing .181 acres of land.
The Owner of land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in person
or through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all street,
alley, parks, water courses, drains, easements, and public places thereon shown for the purpose
and consideration therein expressed.
