Wichita County Plat Records and being more specifically described by metes and bounds as
follows;
BEGINNING at a mog nail set in the East right of way line of Perigo Street, 151.15 feet North
of the Northwest corner of Lot 1—A, Block 14, 9outhelds Acres as recorded in Volume 20,
Page 181, of the Wichita County Plat Records, sold nail is also the Southwest comer of a
tract of land conveyed to Wayne Kenneth and Bobbie L.. Horton by deed recorded in Volume
2002, Page 428, Official Public Records of Wichita County,
THENCE East with the South line of said Horton tract, a distance of 217.14 feet to an iron
rod found in the West right of way line of Barry Lane, for the Southeast comer of Horton
tract and the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 29'35' E with the West right of way line of Barry Lane, a distance of 50.94 feet
to an iron rod set, for the Southeast comer of this tract;
THENCE S 87'05' W a distance of 242.61 feet to an iron rod set in the East right of way
line of Perlgo Street, for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE North with the East right of way line of Perigo Street, a distance of 56.66 feet to
the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing .268 acres of land.
