A tract of land out of the Cherokee County School Lands, Block 9, A-33,
Wichita County, Texas and being a portion of Block 14 of Southside Acres,
an addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas and being more specifically
described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at an existing 3/8 inch iron rod in the east right-of-way
line of Perigo Street, the southwest corner of Lot 1, Block 14 of said
Southside Acres Addition, said iron rod bears North 50.00 feet from the
southwest corner of aforesaid Block 14 of the Southside Acres Addition;
Thence along the east line of Perigo Street and the west line of said
Block 14, North 76.00 feet to an existing 3/8 inch iron rod for the
northwest corner of said Lot 1, Block 14 and the northwest corner of this
tract;
Thence along the north line of Lot 1, Block 14, East 150.00 feet to a
112 inch iron rod for corner;
Thence South 1.00 feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod for corner;
Thence East 153.57 feet to an existing 3/8 inch iron rod in the
westerly line of an abandoned irrigation ditch for the northeast corner of
this tract;
Thence South 29" 31' 30" East 143.66 feet to an "V in the south line
of aforesaid Block 14, Southside Acres Addition for the southeast corner of
this tract;
Thence along the south line of said Block 14, West 224.36 feet to an
existing 3/8 inch iron rod for corner;
Thence Korth 50 feet to an existing 3/8 inch iron rod, the southeast
corner of Lot 1, Block 14 and ell corner of this tract;
Thence along the south line of Lot 1, Block 14, West 150 feet to the
place of beginning and containing 0.8040 acres of land, more or less.
