out of Block 11, Southside Acres Addition, Wichita Falls, Texas, described
as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod in the South right-of-way of Sharon Lane, 248.0
feet West of its intersection with the West right-of-waylof Windthorst Road;
THENCE South 125.0 feet to an iron rod in the South line of Block 11, as
recorded in Volume 5, Page 46, Wichita County Deed Records; F
THENCE West 75.0 feet to an iron rod 40.0 feet East of the Southwest corner
of Block 11;
THENCE North parallel to and 40.0 feet from the West line of Block 11, a
distance of 125.0 feet to an iron rod in the South right-of-way of Sharon
Lane;
THENCE East along said right-of-way, 75.0 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING
and containing 0.215 acre of land.
THEREFORE, the owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is
subscribed hereto, and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby
dedicates to the use of the public forever, all streets, alleys, parks, water
courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purposes
and considerations therein expressed.
