Whereas Cleo Brammer, is the owner of a certain tract of land situated
in Block 33, Southside Acres Subdivision, Wichita County, Texas, and described
by metes and bounds as tollows:
BEGINNING at a point in the South line Block 33, 107 feet East of its
Southwest corner, said point being the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE North 120 feet to a point in the South line Hawthorn Street;
THENCE East along the South line Hawthorn Street 50 feet to a point;
THENCE South 120 feet to a point in South Line Block 33;
THENCE West along the South line Block 33, 50 feet to the place of beginning
and containing 0.138 acres more or less.
